At Human Potential Labs, we focus on developing your potential. You will find it easy to feel comfortable in our new facility which is conveniently located.   Our caring and patient services work for everyone, and with experience in a healing facility, we can develop programs with rehabilitating benefits. We offer personal and group sessions, often utilizing Flexband training as the primary means to bring you closer to your potentiial.  Our Hpl Performance Band workouts use variable resistance to therapeutically work your entire body, increasing flexibility, cardiovascular capacity, muscular strength and endurance, power, and agility.

Monday - Client Hours

7:30am – 12:00pm, 4:00pm – 7:00pm

7:00pm - 8:00pm  Speed and Plyometric Training ($15 Per Class)


TuesdayClient Hours

6:30am – 10:30am, 4:00pm - 8:00pm

Wednesday - Client Hours

8:00am – 12:00pm, 4:00pm – 7:00pm

7:00pm - 8:00pm  Human Movement & Flexibility($15 Per Class)

Thursday - Client Hours

6:30am – 10:30am, 4:00 pm - 7:00pm

7:00pm - 8:00pm  Core Circuit Training

($15 Per Class)
